Zusammenfassung

Chen Hsong Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced HR professional in Hong Kong to handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll, MPF, and benefits. You will ensure compliance with the Employment Ordinance and local HR practices while supporting staff relations and policy updates.

The role requires 5–8 years of HR experience, strong English and Mandarin communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years' relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR practices.
• Experience with PRC labor regulations or cross-border HR is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

About you
