Job summary

Challenge Elites Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment, from posting to onboarding. You will draft ads, shortlist and interview applicants, and manage offers and contracts while building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus, with a proactive, independent mindset and excellent communication skills valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business admin or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience; fresh graduates considered.
• Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Draft job adverts, shortlist and interview candidates.
• Make offers and prepare employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding and new joiner orientation.
• Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Source candidates through diverse channels and ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

Handle the full spectrum of recruitment activities in a timely and professional manner, including but not limited to drafting job advertisements, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, making offers, preparing employment contracts, and conducting new joiner orientation arrangements.

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential candidates.

Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through various channels.

Assist with ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

1-2 years of experience; candidates with less experience will be considered for the Human Resources Assistant role

Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive, Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated

Fresh graduates/IANG are also welcome
