A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead Talent Acquisition and Business Partner activities within the HR department.

The role focuses on experienced-hire recruitment across business lines, providing end-to-end support, consulting hiring managers on strategies, coordinating with agencies, and enhancing employer branding and sourcing channels, including Southeast Asia onboarding.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
• Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application.
• Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua a plus.
• Title & Offer commensurate with experience and qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a recruitment manager focus on experienced hire of different business line.
• Provide a full range of recruitment support and administrative services including posting of job advertisements, assessment and selection.
• Provide consultation to hiring managers on hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and sourcing trends & Business Partner service.
• Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements.
• Develop and utilize different channels / platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing.
• Provide advice and support on the talent sourcing and onboarding exercises of Southeast Asian entities.
