Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking an (Assistant) Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition (Banking) in Hong Kong. The role focuses on experienced hires across multiple business lines within a fast-growing China-based bank.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
• Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application.
• Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a recruitment manager focus on experienced hire of different business line
• Provide a full range of recruitment support and administrative services including but not limited to arrangement of the posting of job advertisements, assessment and selection, etc.
• Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
• Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements
• Develop and utilize different channels / platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing
• Provide advice and support on the talent sourcing and onboarding exercises of Southeast Asian entities
