Job summary

Hospital Authority in Hong Kong seeks an Executive Officer II in the Human Resources Division to support HR operations and strategic initiatives. You will lead a functional team, provide HR advice to managers, and help implement new programmes.

Strong English and Chinese communication is essential, with a degree and HR experience. Post-qualification HR exposure and team leadership capabilities are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent.
• Some post-qualification HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment & appointment and/or remuneration/benefits.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.

Rank : Executive Officer II

Pay : HK$38,290 to HK$67,526 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to Senior Human Resources Manager and/or Human Resources Manager, the Assistant Human Resources Manager will be required to: -

1. 1. Assist in leading one of the functional teams in the Human Resources Division;


2. 2. Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations and service development of that functional team;


3. 3. Provide professional HR advice to line managers and staff members;


4. 4. Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing programmes / new initiatives/projects; and


5. 5. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements

1. 1. A university degree or equivalent.

1. 1. Some post-qualification HR experience.


2. 2. Working experience in recruitment & appointment and/or remuneration and benefits function.
