UMP Healthcare Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to handle full-spectrum HR and administrative daily operations.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding and offboarding, and oversee the employee lifecycle including probation and performance management. The role requires leading a small team, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Excel with knowledge of the Employment Ordinance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a sizable organization.
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
• Experience in leading a small team to handle daily operations will be an advantage.
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with solid knowledge of the Employment Ordinance.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
