The Hospital Authority seeks a Senior Human Resources Officer to support HR operations at the Hong Kong Island cluster, including Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital. The role reports to the HR Manager and focuses on payroll, remuneration, and staffing processes.

Qualifications

• University graduates with experience.
• F.5/S.5 with HKCEE/HKDSE qualifications and a diploma in a specialized function; relevant experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in HR functions and day-to-day operations.
• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing programmes and projects.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports.
• Provide HR advice to staff members and line managers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
