Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide workforce insights supporting performance and retention.
• Develop workforce metrics, reports, and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements via process redesign and automation.
• Lead transformation initiatives with stakeholder engagement and policy rollout.
• Oversee HR technology platforms to improve operations and employee experience.
• Support workforce budgeting, cost forecasting, and remuneration planning.
