Job summary

B.S.C. Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to support the Group HR Team in delivering day-to-day HR services, lead end-to-end recruitment, drive HR digital transformation, and mentor junior staff.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, maintain employment records, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Well versed in HR-related Ordinances with minimum 8 years' solid experience in in-house HR, preferably with exposure to HR operations and recruitment
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues at different levels
• Self-motivated, persistent in problem-solving, with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communicator in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability will be a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR services to designated business units with a small team and contribute to effective communication on day-to-day HR-related matters with internal stakeholders
• Manage employment records by coordinating closely with junior members to ensure HR deliverables are timely, accurate and compliant with existing regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, market-aligned compensation discussions till the onboarding
• Assist in driving continuous process improvements and digitalization to enhance HR service quality and improve employee experience
• Contribute to implementing strategic HR initiatives and deliver assigned departmental projects aligned with business growth
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned
