Morgan McKinley Limited in APAC (Hong Kong) seeks a Regional HRIS & Transformation Manager to lead a 12-month HRIS implementation across multiple regions. You will harmonize processes, drive PMS and ATS deployments, and partner with HRBPs and IT to deliver global HR insights.

The role requires in-house HR experience with ownership of core HR modules, strong stakeholder skills, and hands-on power BI/Excel capabilities to produce actionable workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRIS management or HR transformation.
• In-house HR experience with ownership of at least one core HR module from selection to go-live.
• Hands-on experience with mid-market HRIS platforms designed for under 1,000 employees.
• Ability to collaborate across APAC/EMEA regions and manage multi-jurisdictional HR operations.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel; process-mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full HRIS implementation lifecycle within a 12-month timeframe.
• Audit fragmented regional practices and define standardized global workflows.
• Own the PMS module implementation and then ATS for global talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, IT teams, and regional stakeholders across APAC and beyond.
• Lead UAT, data validation, and configuration.
• Build basic HR dashboards and reporting mechanisms for management.
