Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Around 6 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
• Experience in HR transformation, digitalization or HR technology projects is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in leveraging automation and AI tools in HR.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive mindset, with strong collaboration skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-date operations of the Human Resources function, ensuring efficient and high-quality HR service delivery
• Assist in talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination, candidate management, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives
• Lead and contribute to HR transformation, digitalization, automation, and process improvement projects to strengthen HR data management, operational efficiency, and service delivery
• Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to improve workforce planning, operational efficiency, and employee experience
• Support compensation and benefits administration, salary benchmarking exercises, annual salary reviews, incentive schemes, and HR-related analytics
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Around 6 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to multiple HR functions
• Experience in HR transformation, process improvement, digitalization or HR technology projects will be a definite advantage
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in leveraging technology, automation and AI tools to improve HR processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting and dashboard preparation
• Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, with a proactive and positive mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
