Job summary

CATL invites you to join our HR team in Hong Kong, supporting end-to-end HR functions across multiple regions. This role focuses on workforce planning, payroll, engagement, and HRIS administration to drive regional HR initiatives.

You will collaborate with leaders to align HR policies with HQ standards, perform data analytics, and deliver management reports. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for diverse stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with operational HR management across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of HR policies, local regulations, and employment ordinances.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to all-rounded HR functions, including headcount planning & monitoring, recruitment & selection, employee communication & engagement, payroll & benefits administration, HRIS, etc.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with local regulations and company objectives and stay consistent with HQ.
• Handle HR projects and annual exercises, initiatives, staff events and provide administration support.
• Work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to discuss talent planning, workforce needs, and HR initiatives.
• Perform HR data analytics and prepare HR reports, e.g., manpower statistics and compile management reports.
• Responsible for the company's administrative affairs, ensuring it's daily orderly and smooth operation.
• Other duties as assigned.
