Job summary

Fairwood Fast Food Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager with extensive HR experience to lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives. You will partner with line managers to understand hiring needs and provide professional HR guidance.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HRM or related field, has at least 8 years of HR operations experience in sizeable organizations, and is fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of HR operations experience in sizeable organizations.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; F&B/retail background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment management including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Plan and execute mass recruitment through online and offline channels.
• Partner with line managers to understand hiring needs and provide HR guidance.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, grievances and compliance with sound judgement.
• Prepare recruitment reports, manpower statistics and dashboards for management review.
• Assist in special HR projects as assigned.
