Job summary

Amix Global is seeking an on-site Assistant HR Manager to support its Hong Kong and Macau operations. You will serve as the key HR contact, supporting a sizeable frontline workforce across corporate and retail teams.

You will handle payroll, employee relations, recruitment and engagement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate workforce reporting for HK and Macau. The role requires hands-on HR experience and strong language skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 6–12 years HR experience, preferably in retail, fashion, luxury or FMCG.
• Hands-on payroll, benefits and employment regulation knowledge.

• Handle daily HR operations including payroll, tax filing, MPF and HR administration.

• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and Macau employment regulations.
• Maintain HRIS, attendance and roster records.
• Provide support on office administration, vendors and facilities management.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 6–12 years of solid HR experience, preferably in retail, fashion, luxury or FMCG.
• Strong HRBP and HR generalist experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of payroll, C&B, employee relations and Hong Kong employment regulations.
• Able to work independently and manage a sizeable frontline workforce.
• Mature, proactive and commercially minded.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
