KOS International Limited, on behalf of a well-established F&B group in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a broad spectrum of HR initiatives and partner with business leaders to drive talent and organizational effectiveness.

Reporting to senior management, you will balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, oversee HR operations, learning & development, employee engagement, and change management to support business growth.

  • Strong expertise in organizational development, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and HR operations.
  • Partner with management to support organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
  • Drive learning and development programmes and leadership development across the organization.
  • Support business transformation by reviewing HR processes, structures and people practices.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee-focused programmes.

About The Role

Reporting to senior management, the Human Resources Manager will lead a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, partnering closely with business leaders to drive talent, organizational, and people-related initiatives. This role requires a hands-on HR leader who can balance strategic priorities with operational excellence within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Partner with management teams to support organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Drive learning and development programmes, leadership development initiatives, and capability-building strategies across the organization.
  • Support business transformation projects by reviewing HR processes, structures, and people practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture through employee-focused programmes and people initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Solid HR leadership experience gained within the F&B, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries.
  • Strong exposure to organizational development, learning & development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and support organizational change within a dynamic operating environment.
  • Well-rounded HR generalist background with both strategic and operational experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of driving initiatives while remaining hands-on when required.
