Job summary

Ever Dragon Catering Holdings Limited is seeking a hands-on HR superstar in Hong Kong to drive people operations within a fast-growing F&B group. This role offers an all-round platform to impact from day one in a dynamic restaurant environment.

You will lead recruitment for frontline and back-office teams, oversee payroll and MPF, manage leave and overtime, on-boarding and training, and foster great engagement to reduce turnover. Ensure HRIS upkeep and HK Employment Ordinance compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in HR or Business.
• 3–5 years of all-round HR experience.
• Experience in F&B, Retail, or FMCG is a big advantage.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for frontline and back-office teams.
• Manage monthly payroll, MPF, and tax with accuracy.
• Handle staff queries, workplace injuries, and engagement events.
• Run onboarding sessions and coordinate training on service standards and safety.
• Maintain HRIS and ensure compliance with the HK Employment Ordinance.

What You Will Do:

Hunt for Top Talent: Drive full-cycle recruitment for our bustling frontline (waitstaff, kitchen crew, casuals) and back-office teams. Host creative recruitment days, hustle on social platforms, and bring in the best!

Master the Numbers (C&B): Take charge of monthly payroll, MPF, and taxation with precision. Confidently manage the fast-moving complexities of shift rosters, overtime, and leave management for a diverse workforce.

Champion Our Culture: Be the go-to person and trusted voice for our staff. Resolve workplace queries, handle work injuries (EC claims) smoothly, and organize awesome engagement events that keep morale sky-high and turnover low.

Empower the Team: Host vibrant onboarding sessions and collaborate on training programs covering F&B service standards, food hygiene, and occupational safety.

Streamline Operations: Keep our HR engine running smoothly. Manage employee lifecycles from day one to offboarding, maintain the HRIS, and ensure we are always 100% compliant with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.

Who You Are:

You hold a Degree or Higher Diploma in HR or Business, backed by 3 to 5 years of all-round HR experience. (Experience in F&B, Retail, or FMCG is a massive advantage!)

You know the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, EC Ordinance, and MPF regulations inside out.

You have hands-on experience dealing with the unique hustle of part-time, casual, and shift-based payrolls.

You thrive under pressure, love a fast-paced environment, and tackle unexpected challenges with a positive, "can-do" attitude.

You are a wizard with MS Office (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), comfortable with local HRIS platforms, and communicate fluently in English and Cantonese.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer.
