Job summary

AS Watson Group is seeking an Assistant CRM Analytics Manager in Hong Kong to lead a CRM analytics team and translate customer insights into strategic actions across omnichannel journeys.

You will partner with multiple business units to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value using data-driven approaches and AI-enabled tooling. English and Chinese communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong CRM analytics and loyalty experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate data into commercial actions.
• Experience with SQL; Power BI and/or Adobe Campaign is advantageous.
• Bilingual English and Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a CRM analytics team, ensuring high-quality delivery and team development.
• Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused CRM initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior, spending patterns, and sales trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to enhance engagement across O+O journeys.
• Perform customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization to improve campaigns.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for business growth.
• Evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous optimization through measurement and reporting.
• Promote AI, automation, and self-service reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
• Monitor customer and market trends to identify opportunities and best practices.
