Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong is seeking a senior leader to define and drive end-to-end AI and analytics strategy for Customer & Marketing, transforming workflows into AI-enabled products and agent-driven operating models that deliver tangible customer outcomes.

You will bridge business strategy, analytics, and AI innovation to deliver scalable use cases, including campaign factories, agentic reporting, and enterprise AI assistants, while embedding governance and risk management.

Qualifications

University degree in computer science, data science, analytics, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in advanced analytics, product or platform development, or related roles.
Proficiency in AI tools with demonstrated ability to pioneer practical AI applications across business scenarios.
Strong experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with thought leadership on customer journeys.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to translate insights into pragmatic execution.

Responsibilities

Drive Task-to-Product Transformation by turning fragmented tasks into scalable AI-driven products.
Define data collection needs and own event taxonomy for downstream analytics.
Design AI agent-enabled workflows across end-to-end campaigns and reporting.
Partner with business teams to upskill users and deliver practical AI use cases.
Define AI tooling strategy and ensure governance, compliance and risk management.
