Job summary

Hong Kong Technology Venture Career is hiring a Marketing Channel Manager in Hong Kong to lead CRM, campaigns, and on-platform merchandising. You will build AI-assisted workflows to automate operations, draft copy, and localise content for English and Chinese audiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in ecommerce/retail, strong analytical skills, and hands-on CRM experience. Expect fast-paced environment with ownership over lifecycle programs and live commerce activities.

Qualifications

• Experience building CRM campaigns and lifecycle programs.
• Hands-on use of AI/automation tools in daily marketing work.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the channel's marketing calendar including CRM, campaigns, promotions, and on-platform merchandising.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows to automate marketing operations and reporting.
• Apply AI tools to draft/ localise copy and generate creative variants; judge outputs for shipping.
• Own CRM and lifecycle programs across push, in-app, email, and channel campaigns; design offers as tests.
• Track weekly performance on orders, new customers, repeat rates, basket size, and ROI; report insights.
• Collaborate with merchants and category teams for campaign participation and assets; support live commerce
• Write and approve customer-facing copy in Traditional Chinese; coordinate with product, IT, operations, design, and CS.
• Plan and manage paid advertising, budget allocation, audience testing, and optimization against ROAS targets.
