Job summary

AS Watson is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive Data, BI and AI transformation programmes across the organisation in Hong Kong. You will translate business opportunities into roadmaps, align priorities with Technology and Business Units, and deliver measurable value through scalable change initiatives.

The role focuses on embedding Data and AI solutions into daily operations, improving customer outcomes, and enabling sustainable transformation across O+O business models.

Qualifications

• Strong programme and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical transformation outcomes.
• Experience delivering enterprise transformation involving Data, Analytics or AI.
• Understanding of O+O business models and how data can improve customer and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data, BI and AI transformation programmes from concept to adoption and value realisation.
• Translate business opportunities into roadmaps, workstreams and measurable outcomes using a scientific, data driven approach.
• Partner across Business Units, Group Functions and Technology to align priorities and drive execution through collaboration.
• Embed Data, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions into daily operations to improve decisions and customer outcomes.
• Support O+O initiatives by connecting offline and online business needs with scalable transformation delivery.
• Facilitate governance, executive discussions and decision-making across complex initiatives.
• Coach project teams and improve delivery standards for sustainable outcomes.
