Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery Hong Kong is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support multiple recruiters across HK & APAC with scheduling, interview logistics and a stellar candidate experience.

You will act as the primary contact for candidates, coordinate travel where needed, and help drive operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition team while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional communication in English (Mandarin preferred).

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule complex interviews across time zones and coordinate with multiple recruiters.
• Arrange phone, onsite, video interviews and travel where required.
• Serve as primary candidate contact throughout the process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Manage offer documents and new hire admission paperwork.
• Support operational projects within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication in all interactions.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and cross-border recruitment tasks.
