Job summary

行政及人才管理 (Administration & Talent Management) seeks a driven recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for large volumes of frontline and operational roles in Hong Kong. You will oversee sourcing, screening, and onboarding, delivering a seamless candidate experience from first contact to hire.

You will source across channels, leverage digital campaigns and emerging AI recruiting tools, and partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to build strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment experience with end-to-end hiring experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and emerging HR technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.
• Strong data-driven mindset to use metrics to guide decisions and improve processes.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient with a positive approach to overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle hiring for high-volume frontline and operational roles.
• Source and evaluate candidates across channels using digital campaigns and AI recruiting tools.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to build talent pipelines.
• Design and execute high-volume sourcing strategies including job boards and local social media campaigns.
• Assist with onboarding, such as preparing documents and coordinating orientation.
• Keep candidate databases updated, generate recruitment reports, and support projects.
