Job summary

Warner Bros Discovery in Hong Kong is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience and operational excellence across Hong Kong & wider APAC.

You will support multiple recruiters with interview coordination, manage candidate communications from initial contact to offer, and handle offer documents and onboarding tasks while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or administrative support within a corporate environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin preferred for APAC operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule complex interviews across different time zones and coordinate travel when needed.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience from first contact to offer.
• Manage offer process and new hire documentation, ensuring timely submission and onboarding readiness.
• Support operational projects for the Talent Acquisition team and assist with ad-hoc requests.
• Handle assignments within the International Talent Acquisition team.

Your New Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a critical member of Warner Bros Discovery’s Talent Acquisition team. This position will provide a best in class recruiting experience to candidates and provide operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team across Hong Kong & wider APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting multiple Recruiters in scheduling complex interviews across differing time zones, while providing an excellent candidate experience.Interviews may include phone and onsite interviews, complex multilayered scheduling, video conferencing and facilitating travel arrangements.

Being an ambassador in the candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews and serving as the primary point of contact to the candidate. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.

Managing the offer process - sending new hire documentation including Offer Email. Ensuring new hire completes all required admission documentation efficiently & correctly and communicating with internal teams throughout the process.

Supporting on operational projects & assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests.

Any other ad-hoc tasks within the International Talent Acquisition team.

Experience required:

Previous recruitment and/or administrative experience preferred

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required; Mandarin language proficiency is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills to support with relationship building across the business

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment going through organizational changes

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
