Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Hong Kong invites you to join as Intern, Sales Coordinator, supporting the Senior Sales Director and Sales Planner for Hong Kong, Greater China, and Korea.

You will help with proposals, campaigns, billing and admin, gaining exposure to the advertising and publishing industries. Ideal candidates are undergrad or master students, fluent in English, with basic Excel and PowerPoint, and able to commit 8 to 12 weeks full-time.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Masters degree.
• Interest in media/agency career path and basic advertising industry knowledge.
• Strong communication, teamwork and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Planner in coordinating client needs and proposals.
• Support billing, campaigns, and reporting for HK, Greater China and Korea.
• Maintain timely updates with clients and reps on invoices and status.
