Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for the APAC region to drive revenue growth across surgical device portfolios. The role requires strategic sales planning, key account management, and distributor development to expand market presence in APAC.

The position collaborates with regional sales, marketing, clinical, and cross-functional teams to ensure product adoption and successful launches, with a focus on hospitals and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or life sciences sales.
• Experience in healthcare technology or hospital-focused solutions is preferred.
• Strong distributor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve objectives across APAC markets.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to strengthen market penetration and customer engagement.
• Build and support distributor networks to maximize market coverage.
• Provide product training to internal teams, channel partners, and end users.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, clinical, and cross-functional teams to execute business plans.
• Lead new product launch activities including planning and go-to-market execution.
