Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across APAC in a fast-growing MedTech environment. The role involves developing commercial strategies, expanding distributor networks, and training teams to achieve market penetration.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in medical device or life sciences sales, strong stakeholder engagement, and fluency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin preferred).

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of medical device or life sciences sales experience.
• Experience with healthcare technology and hospital-focused solutions is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth across APAC and deliver business objectives in assigned markets.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to strengthen market penetration and customer engagement.
• Build, manage, and support distributor networks to maximise market coverage and growth opportunities.
• Provide product, application, and competitive training to internal teams, channel partners, and end users.
• Partner with key customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive long-term relationships.
• Lead commercial and technical activities to support customer needs and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, clinical, and cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets.
• Lead and coordinate new product launch activities, including launch planning and go-to-market execution.
