Job summary

Centellic APAC team is seeking a Business Development professional based in Hong Kong to identify and develop new opportunities across Asia-Pacific. You will engage prospective clients by phone, email, and in-person meetings, tailoring presentations to communicate Centellic's offerings across diverse markets.

You’ll nurture relationships, qualify leads, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence while maintaining CRM records and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in developing a career in business development.
• Able to work in Hong Kong.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in the face of challenges.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify leads for our services through outbound calls, emails, and Linkedin outreach.
• Engage with new subscribers and warm prospects to understand their needs and schedule sales calls.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to support long-term business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of service and delivery.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and the legal information industry.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead progress in the CRM system.
• Ensure all client interactions and data handling comply with LBR policies.
