Job summary

PRECIOSA Lighting is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the APAC sales team across Hong Kong, Singapore, or Mainland China. The role focuses on sales support, client coordination, and design project inputs, with home-office flexibility and international collaboration.

The position targets candidates with bilingual English/Mandarin abilities and strong organizational skills, ready to contribute to proposals, presentations, and market research in a dynamic, design‑driven environment.

Qualifications

Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, interior design, hospitality, or related discipline.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working independently and with international teams in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Support Business Development Managers and Regional Managers throughout the sales process.
Manage opportunities, contacts, and project information in CRM.
Coordinate inputs with clients and sales teams and track proposal deadlines.
Assist with presentations, reference selections, and design proposals.
Prepare tender submissions and sample requests.
Support marketing activities and market research.
