Computer And Technologies Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the payroll BPO sales strategy in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. You will drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals and successful implementations.

The role requires 5–8+ years in relevant industries, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in HRO, Payroll, or HR software industries.
• Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall sales and business development functions for the payroll BPO business.
• Penetrate local markets in HK, Taiwan, and Macau and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Develop strategic APAC partnerships to expand indirect sales pipelines.
• Lead commercial engagements including service proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Presales, PM, and Implementation teams for deployment of payroll software platforms.
• Leverage regional teams and branch offices to maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events to build brand presence.
