Job summary

Jump Trading Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to manage APAC payroll, benefits, HRIS, and data integrity. You will partner with global People Operations to ensure accurate lifecycle processing and compliant processes.

You will drive process improvements, maintain employee handbooks, support Shanghai Hukou applications, and deliver proactive service across management levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and 3+ years in HR operations
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Ultimate Software, PeopleSoft, Greenhouse)
• Solid benefits knowledge and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and V-lookups
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Technologically curious with interest in workflow automation
• Experience in process improvement and project management
• Able to communicate effectively with management at all levels
• Self-motivated, independent, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn across HR operations

Responsibilities

• End-to-End APAC Payroll Management in partnership with external vendors
• Benefits administration across APAC including queries, enrollments, and renewals
• HRIS management in Workday ensuring data integrity and lifecycle processing
• Support employee experience and lifecycle events including contract renewals and VOE
• Data audits and maintenance of personnel files; respond to HR inquiries
• Update regional employee handbooks and policies on Confluence
• Research and ensure compliance with employment and benefits laws
• Protect confidentiality of company information
• Support entrepreneurial initiatives to find new efficiencies
• Perform other duties as assigned
