Job summary

Payoneer, a global payments platform, is hiring for a Payroll Operations role in Hong Kong. You will process payroll and compensation for APAC, support global equities filings, and resolve employee inquiries. You will collaborate with HR and Finance to set policies and drive process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in payroll/finance, English fluency, and Excel prowess, with Cantonese/Mandarin a plus; experience in a multinational environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• 5–8 years working experience in Payroll operations/Finance/Account.
• Prior supervisory or senior capacity in a multinational environment.
• High level of written and spoken English; Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) preferred.
• Excellent Excel and accounting software skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze payroll and related compensation for APAC region.
• Support global equities team for local filing and reporting in APAC.
• Manage employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
• Establish payroll policies in APAC and US head office in coordination with HR/Finance.
• Drive improvements to payroll processes and experiences for employees.
