Job summary

Euroclear is expanding its FX product capability in APAC. As FX Product Solutions Manager, APAC, you will define the FX sales agenda, shape the value proposition, and bridge business priorities with clients across Asia Pacific.

You will drive growth by identifying new prospects, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, and collaborating with the Europe-based FX Product team to refine market messaging and feed insights into the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in FX solutions or financial markets development.
• Strong FX knowledge across spot, forward, and post-trade workflows.
• Experience with end-to-end FX lifecycle from order to settlement.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes in finance.
• Comfortable engaging with operational and C-suite client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert new APAC FX prospects into live clients.
• Support full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding hand-off.
• Develop understanding of clients' FX workflows and pain points to position Euroclear.
• Collaborate with FX Product team in Europe to co-develop GTM materials and roadmap input.
• Cross-sell FX services to existing clients in APAC.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations on due diligence and onboarding.
• Work with Sales across APAC offices to maintain CRM pipeline and report progress.
• Represent Euroclear at industry events and FX forums.
