Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Hong Kong seeks a Cross-Currency Solutions Specialist Associate to support APAC growth of cross-currency offerings. You will drive growth of the regional P&L, manage end-to-end pre-sales to close, and present tailored client solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a finance-related degree, and strong client-facing and stakeholder collaboration skills to work with internal partners and clients across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of APAC cash management, FX, and cross-border payments.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategy to grow the APAC Cross-Currency P&L for the assigned portfolio.
• Pipeline management from pre-sales to closing mandates with senior management reporting.
• Create client presentations and presales activities with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product and RFP teams on responses and pricing decisions.
• Provide market feedback to Product teams for evolution.
• Pursue business development within existing clients and new prospects.
