Job summary

TechBiz Global is actively seeking a Regional Manager APAC to lead a high-performing commercial function, driving growth by winning regulated brokers, expanding relationships, and delivering data-driven forecasts and execution. You will mentor AEs, RMs, and Presales/TAMs, shaping go-to-market plans and ensuring customer excellence across APAC.

The role requires strong experience in institutional FX/CFD/crypto sales, proven deal closes, and fluency in English plus Cantonese or Mandarin.

Qualifications

8–12+ years in institutional FX/CFD/crypto or trading tech sales/leadership across APAC.
Led multi-country teams with hunters and farmers; coached performers.
Closed 6–7 figure multi-product deals; familiar with broker tech stacks.
Fluent English and Cantonese or Mandarin (required).

Responsibilities

Revenue Plan & Forecast: pursue new logos, expansion, retention; forecast accuracy within ±10%.
Territory & GTM: segment by market maturity; define ICPs; coverage model; partner strategy.
Team Leadership: hire, ramp, coach, and manage AEs, RMs, Presales/TAMs; enablement with Product.
Pipeline Quality: enforce qualification; clean stage definitions; 3x coverage; weekly reviews.
Deal Strategy: multi-product packaging, pricing, rev-share; align with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product.
Customer Experience & Churn: drive NRR/GRR; set cadence; upsell/cross-sell moves; escalations.
Data Discipline: Salesforce hygiene; lead-to-cash dashboards; visibility on margins.
Regional Inputs: headcount plans, budgets, event ROI, partnerships.
