Job summary

Symphony Communication Services in Hong Kong is seeking a high-energy Senior Business Development Specialist to lead new logo acquisition and revenue growth for our enterprise SaaS platform. You will hunt for logos across APAC, engage IT, InfoSec and procurement stakeholders, and advance deals from initial discovery to contract closure.

You will work with Customer Success and Product teams to expand within accounts, build a robust pipeline, and represent Symphony at industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Enterprise Software/SaaS sales experience with quota attainment.
• Hunter mindset with history of securing new logos from scratch.
• Complex multi-stakeholder deals involving IT, InfoSec, Compliance, Procurement.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with C-level influence.
• Deep relationships selling to financial market institutions, wealth tech.
• Understanding of financial markets, wealth management and compliance.
• Fluent English and an additional Asian language (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategic territory plan to identify, qualify, and close new logos across APAC.
• Run the full sales cycle from cold outreach to demo, negotiation, contracts.
• Articulate security, compliance, and workflow value propositions to C-suite.
• Map under-penetrated accounts and scale to enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product for cross-department expansion.
• Maintain a precise sales pipeline in CRM and forecast revenue targets.
• Attend industry events and build a network of advocates and partners.
