Job summary

Manpower Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive in Hong Kong to drive growth for our B2B SaaS platform. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with mid-to-enterprise clients, and manage full sales cycles from demos to contracts.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in SaaS or digital solutions, with strong consultative selling skills, and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, tech platforms, or B2B digital solutions.
• Proven sales or business development experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pipeline new B2B opportunities to drive SaaS subscriptions and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with mid-to-enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
• Understand client pain points and tailor SaaS platform solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Marketing to ensure onboarding and satisfaction.
