Job summary

Symphony in Hong Kong is seeking a high-energy Business Development Senior Specialist to hunt new logos and aggressively expand our enterprise footprint across APAC, with a focus on wealth management technology.

You will engage C-suite stakeholders, articulate Symphony’s security and compliance advantages, and lead multi-stakeholder negotiations from discovery through contracting, while collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to maximize cross‑department expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Enterprise Software/SaaS sales with a proven quota-record.
• True hunter with track record of acquiring new logos, not just managing existing accounts.
• Experience handling long, multi-stakeholder deals including IT, InfoSec, Compliance and Procurement.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills for C-level executives.
• Deep relationships in financial markets wealth tech space and understanding of related regulations.
• Fluent English and an additional Asian language (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic territory plan to identify, qualify, and close high-value new logos across APAC.
• Run the full sales cycle from cold outreach to demo, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Articulate security, compliance, and workflow value to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Identify under-penetrated accounts and map divisions or regions to scale into enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to enable cross-department expansion.
• Maintain a precise CRM pipeline and forecast monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Attend industry events to build a strong network of advocates and partners.
