Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, content operations, or marketing analytics (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on experience with always-on programs across paid social, SEM, or programmatic.
• Strong copywriting skills in written Chinese (Cantonese) and English.

Responsibilities

• Run the content calendar for Pfizer Hong Kong social channels, including disease-education posts and scheduling.
• Coordinate video series from outline/script through shoot, post-production, subtitles, and publishing.
• Review agency content for fit to objectives, brand voice, and compliance.
• Execute always-on and direct-to-consumer campaigns across paid social, SEM, and programmatic.
• Turn agency reports into regular performance updates for brand teams with clear next steps.
• Plan content boosting on owned channels and maintain tagging, trafficking, and documentation.
• Handle vendor administration, including quotes, PO, invoices, and talent consent forms.
• Audit focus brand presence in Google search, AI Overviews, and AI assistants; build content roadmap.
