Job summary

HTK in Hong Kong is seeking a creative, hands-on content marketer to support our digital and social-media communications. You will curate, write and create engaging health, wellness, and insurance content across social posts, newsletters, and daily digital communications.

You will work with the Manager and team to translate product priorities into clear, customer-friendly content, while leveraging AI tools responsibly and optimizing for SEO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia, Design, or related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, social media, copywriting, digital communications, or related role.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance, healthcare, and wellness industry is an advantage.
  • Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn new AI skills to enhance marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create highly engaging social media content, captions, carousels, stories, and short-form videos across key channels while following brand guidelines.
  • Source and curate timely health, wellness, and product content for social media and digital channels.
  • Plan, maintain, and execute social media and communication calendars.
  • Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, eDMs, website pages, in-app messages, and daily communications.
  • Assist with eDMs and CRM campaigns including content selection, copywriting, proofreading, and workflow management.
  • Create or adapt simple on-brand visual assets and short-form video content; draft briefs for design teams.
  • Leverage approved AI tools for brainstorming, drafts, and workflow automation with accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Apply basic SEO to web copy and explore GEO trends for AI-search content.
  • Track basic performance metrics and extract insights on formats and topics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Provide ad hoc support as needed.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on content marketer to support our digital and social-media communications. This is primarily a content-creation role, with a focus on social-media posts, newsletters and day-to-day digital communications. Responsibilities
  • Social Media Content Creation: Produce highly engaging social media posts, captions, carousels, stories, and short-form videos across key channels while adhering strictly to brand guidelines and platform best practices.
  • Content Curation: Source and curate timely, relevant health, wellness, lifestyle, and product-related content to fuel social media and digital communication channels.
  • Content Calendar Management: Assist to plan, maintain, and execute social media and communication calendars to ensure all content is prepared, reviewed, and published on schedule.
  • Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and customer-friendly copy for social posts, eDMs, website landing pages, in-app messages, and daily communications.
  • CRM Communications: Support the preparation and scheduling of eDMs, and CRM campaigns—including content selection, copywriting, proofreading, and workflow management.
  • Visual & Video Content: Create or adapt simple, on-brand visual assets and short-form video content; draft clear creative briefs and prepare materials when collaborating with internal design teams or external partners.
  • AI-Enabled Content Creation: Proactively leverage approved AI tools for brainstorming, research, draft variations, and workflow automation, while strictly ensuring factual accuracy, tone, and brand compliance.
  • Modern Content Optimisation: Apply basic SEO principles to web copy and actively explore emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) trends to adapt content for next-generation AI search behaviors.
  • Content Performance Tracking: Track and analyze basic social, email, and digital content metrics to compile performance reports, extracting insights on top-performing formats and topics.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business units, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and delivered on schedule.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Assist with additional duties and tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia, Design, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, social media, copywriting, digital communications, or a related role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance, healthcare, and wellness industry is an advantage, providing valuable context for marketing initiatives.
  • Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • AI Adaptable: Strong interest in AI tools, with a willingness to learn new AI skills to enhance marketing efforts and workflows.
  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with In-base comms platform (i.e. ACS, Radical) is an advantage.
  • Content Tools: Proficiency in social publishing, analytics, or content-management tools is an advantage
  • Design Tools: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other visual and video-editing tools is an advantage.
  • Digital Skills: Basic understanding of SEO is an advantage; interest in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and emerging AI-search behaviours is welcome.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, ever-evolving market. Able to turn complex product information into simple and engaging customer-facing content.
  • Work Independently: Proven ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
