Job summary

Cathay Pacific Group is seeking a Content Adaptation & Localisation Specialist to drive scalable content across multiple markets. You will work across content operations, localisation, DAM and AI-powered workflows to ensure brand consistency and efficient asset distribution.

You will adapt copy and visuals for banner ads, social assets and campaigns, coordinate with translation partners, and implement scalable templates to accelerate multi-market rollouts while maintaining quality and brand

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Digital Content or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in content adaptation, localisation, content operations or digital asset management.
• Experience adapting content across multiple channels and markets with localisation vendors.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Increase scale and efficiency of in-house Creative Studio content with quality control across assets.
• Adapt and version content across channels, formats and markets for campaigns.
• Coordinate localisation with translation agencies and external partners.
• Develop scalable templates and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee DAM metadata, tagging, governance and asset lifecycle management.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality and scalability of content adaptation.
