Qualifications

• Portfolio showing ability to turn source material into finished social, long-form and visual or video content.
• Demonstrated AI-native practice; explain tools, prompts, automations and review steps.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin, including ability to write in another person's voice; Cantonese is an advantage.
• Proven track record in managing and growing multi-channel social media ecosystems with deep knowledge of platform mechanics.
• Hands-on multimedia production capabilities and data literacy to track performance metrics and iterate.
• Strong discretion, source discipline, attention to detail and comfort working with senior leadership.
• Experience in B2B technology, fintech or regulated industries is useful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate an AI-enabled workflow covering research, social listening, source verification, bilingual drafting, translation, visual and short-form video production, repurposing, scheduling and reporting.
• Own the rolling editorial calendar and daily operations for the company's and founder's priority channels, including LinkedIn, WeChat, WeChat Channels, X, YouTube and Substack.
• Turn speeches, interviews, events, official materials and market evidence into platform-specific posts, articles, clips, carousels, newsletters and website content.
• Run a regular content-capture process with the founder and produce clear, original bilingual content while preserving the founder's voice, judgement and discretion.
• Translate complex business, product and legal materials into concise content for professional audiences and the broader public, using approved terminology and verified evidence.
• Publish and quality-check content; manage relevant comments, messages and audience feedback; and monitor priority accounts, media conversations and emerging issues.
• Track qualified reach, engagement quality, subscriber growth and target-account interaction. Use monthly reviews and small experiments to improve the next content cycle.
• Work with legal and compliance before publication. Do not make unverified performance claims, promise returns or use language that could imply retail fundraising or solicitation to ineligible audiences.
