Job summary

TVB Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Content Operations lead to oversee end-to-end OTT workflows, ensuring compliant delivery across platforms and tight deadlines. You will manage development life cycles for publishing tools, pilot AI-driven automation to improve metadata accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Fluency in Chinese and English, a university degree, and at least eight years of OTT publishing experience are required, with willingness to work

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in OTT content publishing.
Solid track record in online OTT content publishing.
Hands-on experience applying AI tools in a workflow.
Knowledge of live streaming facilities is preferred.
Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
Willingness to work irregular hours to support live operations.
Outgoing, creative, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end OTT content operation workflows to ensure seamless, compliant delivery across all digital platforms.
Manage system development life cycles and project roadmaps to optimize internal tools.
Lead Content Operation AI initiatives to automate manual tasks and improve metadata accuracy.
Oversee an in-house video editing team to produce and deliver content under tight deadlines.
Act as liaison between internal departments and external partners for smooth project execution.
Handle routine operations and execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
