Job summary

KOS International Limited is representing a well-established retail bank in Hong Kong seeking an Assistant Manager to drive affluent segment acquisition and marketing.

You will lead strategy, plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns, and manage end-to-end marketing and events across branches and online channels to grow high net worth customers and revenue.

Collaboration with product owners and sales teams is essential to bundle offerings and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
• 3+ years in Affluent or Cross Border Acquisition in retail banking.
• Solid banking product knowledge with marketing/events experience.
• Strong business sense, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement acquisition strategies for growing high net worth customers.
• Plan, formulate and execute customer acquisition plans and marketing programs to drive new-to-bank customers and revenue.
• Work with banking product owners and branch sales teams to develop tactical plans to bundle products and enhance customer experience.
• Manage end-to-end ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and events from planning to evaluation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
