You will work with Marketing, Products, Legal, and Compliance to drive campaigns, acquire high-net-worth clients, and deepen wealth management opportunities across Hong Kong and regional offices.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong analytics, and exceptional communication to ensure regulatory compliance and superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in Segment management, Marketing, Products, Customer Experience or related field.
• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Deep understanding of affluent segment strategy and customer lifecycle concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-net-worth segment propositions and lead marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with HK & regional teams to drive segment campaigns and partnerships.
• Develop lifecycle strategies to deepen client engagement and revenue growth.
• Oversee client experience improvements and journey optimization.
• Analyze portfolio performance for management updates.
• Identify opportunities and provide training inputs to sales teams.
• Develop client engagement campaigns to deepen opportunities.
