Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior bancassurance strategist in Hong Kong to own growth strategy, lead acquisition, and pipeline development. You will design segmentation and enablement plans, coordinate with bank units, and ensure compliant sales processes.

You will leverage CRM and reporting tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and drive deal flow with internal stakeholders. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in bancassurance / insurance distribution / sales strategy / business development.
• Ability to build strategy and drive execution at channel level.
• Strong analytical skills and metrics/reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance distribution, sales processes, and customer segmentation.
• Stakeholder management with bank relationship teams.
• Compliance and governance awareness.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own bancassurance growth strategy with lead acquisition, pipeline development, and conversion.
• Design customer/channel segmentation strategy for targeted acquisition.
• Translate business goals into actionable channel plans and sales enablement initiatives.
• Manage performance measurement using CRM/sales reporting tools; provide insights.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize outreach strategy based on data.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key bank units to enhance deal flow and relationship stickiness.
• Coordinate product positioning and sales materials with internal stakeholders to improve adoption.
• Ensure processes meet compliance requirements for sales and client servicing.
• Collaborate with operations/servicing teams to reduce friction in policy issuance and after-sales support.
