Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in marketing or segment management, preferably in prestige customer segment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement acquisition, growth and retention strategies for affluent customers to meet business targets and improve customer experience.
• Analyze customer behavior using market research and customer profiles; propose actionable initiatives for acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrade and loyalty.
• Collaborate with product and channel teams to cross-sell suitable products and services to affluent segments and uplift profitability.
• Plan, implement and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns and customer events within approved budgets.
