Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a driven Relationship Manager to serve clients with tailored banking, lending, investment, insurance, and wealth-management solutions. You will grow the client base through referrals and proactive networking while meeting revenue and service targets.

You will collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to deliver timely, compliant client solutions and stay current on market trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• HKSI/IIQE licences preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking, lending, investment, insurance, and wealth-management products
• Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and proactive business development
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, portfolio-growth, and service targets
• Work with internal product, credit, operations, and compliance teams to deliver timely client solutions
• Ensure all client onboarding, KYC, AML, suitability, and regulatory requirements are properly fulfilled
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, banking products, and relevant regulations
