KOS International Talent Group in Hong Kong seeks a client relationship professional to understand financial needs and recommend banking, lending, investment, insurance, and wealth-management products.

The role focuses on acquiring new clients through referrals and proactive business development, achieving sales and service targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely client solutions, while ensuring KYC/AML and regulatory requirements are met.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in banking, financial services, relationship management, sales, customer service, or wealth management.
• Strong interest in developing a career in client relationship management and financial services.
• Good communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of banking products and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Relevant licences or qualifications, including HKSI and IIQE, are preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking, lending, investment, insurance, and wealth-management products
• Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and proactive business development
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, portfolio-growth, and service targets
• Work with internal product, credit, operations, and compliance teams to deliver timely client solutions
• Ensure all client onboarding, KYC, AML, suitability, and regulatory requirements are properly fulfilled
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, banking products, and relevant regulations
