Job summary

Clarivate Analytics in Hong Kong seeks an Account Manager for the Greater China team to sell academic contents and data products to academia and government sectors. You will report to the Sales Director for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan and drive new sales in the territory.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in selling related products, strong communication with librarians and researchers, and proficiency in Power BI and CRM tools. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in selling academic publishing or data products.
• Professional selling skills with librarians and researchers.
• Experience using analytical/office tools, including Power BI and CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Languages: Cantonese, English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new sales in the assigned territory.
• Expanding the customer base.
• Protecting the renewal business.
• Promoting Clarivate products to Academia and Government sectors.
