The day to day duties of the role will be programming, setting and operating CNC millers; this is a high skilled role with a lot of precision one-off work. You will be self‑inspecting your own work.
- Day shift: 7.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am – 12.30pm Friday (39 Hours). Up to £20 per hour.
- Overtime available, X1.3 Monday to Friday, X1.5 Sat, X2 Sun.
- Be able to work on Days.
- Be apprentice trained.
- Overhead crane experience is preferable.
- Be able to programme with either Mazak, Haas, Heidenhein or Siemens controls.
- Experience of heavy machining is beneficial.
- Read engineering drawings.
